What does AURA taste like?

AURA is light, joyful, and centered. The fresh vitality of kombucha with the grounded precision of wine. Delightful and energetic, it's bursting with fresh citrus and balanced by subtle herbs. With gentle bubbles, it’s like a mouthwatering, laser-sharp lemonade. 

How is it made?

AURA begins with fermented grape juice and tea. Using a base of hand-picked Riesling grapes from our vineyards, we infuse it with herbal tea brewed with grounding botanicals and lifted with certified organic ginger, lemon, and a touch of salt.

Unlike dealcoholized wines, nothing is removed. Instead, AURA undergoes natural fermentation. We use a SCOBY, a living symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast, to convert the fruit sugars into vibrant acidity, gentle effervescence, and stability without alcohol.

AURA is unfiltered and free of additives, preserving its character and verve.
